Tuesday Prompt #2

Today Tuesday Sept 2nd 2008 Elasah's prompt is to "look under your couch, grab the first thing you find and get inspired. You can write about it, draw it, photograph it, imagine it, whatever as long as you have fun"

Well I was almost affraid to put my hand under there and pull out whatever it is that was there, but I pulled up the courage and did and this is what I found....

You can click on the image to get a better look. What's under YOUR couch?

Tuesday Prompts

I am joining Heather over at Elasah for her Tuesday Prompts and she posted the first one on Aug 26th. Well I have finally gotten around to finishing mine and scanning it in. So here it is my first TP entry....

You can click on the image to get a better look.

The first prompt was to 'go into the next room and look at the tallest thing there, what is under it?'

So I drew our Antique mirror and the cat and two of it's toys. Now I know you wouldn't have been able to see those precious lil dust bunnies unless I drew them with a little charater so I added a few of them as well. They are always there. Dust bunnies everywhere!! heheh

I will post Tomorrow's Tuesday Prompt tomorrow so be sure to check back!! Until then....

Monday Art Day

This weeks theme is Beatrix Potter. Here is my entry..

Beatrix is a favorite of mine and when I found out this weeks theme I was inspired to read "Beatrix Potter A Journal" again. Within it's cover I found the entry for the first time she started sketching rats (mice, if I would have writen it heehee). Click on the picture to see a larger view and read the entry that was writen.

Wonder what everyone else sketched for this theme. ??
